SHIPPING POLICY

For material goods purchased on urban-sprouts.com items, will be shipped within 3 business days (we are closed on Mondays). Unless otherwise arranged, parcels will ship first class with the USPS. Please contact us in event of damage in transit; replacement or refunds may be available on a case by case basis.

For plants, shipping will take place when the day of the week and weather is most appropriate for transit. Established plants may be shipped bare root to avoid damage to the plant and reduce shipping costs. Shipping plants will always be a little dangerous for the plants due to the nature of shipping, but we do our very best to get them to you safely. Some plants can be replaced, others we may not be able to. Please contact us directly if you have shipping issues with live plants.

Subscriptions ship monthly between the 9th and 13th. This allows us to carefully pack and ship your boxes. A shipping notification will be sent to the email address provided in your subscription account. All subscription boxes are shipped first class through ths USPS. Please reach out directly if your subscription plant sustains damage in transit, these will be re-shiped or your subscription will be extended in replacement of a reship.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Material goods purchased on urban-sprouts.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Urban Sprouts is not responsible for paying return postage and there may be a 20% restocking fee applied to your refund. All holiday or sale items are final.

Plant material purchased on urban-sprouts.com cannot be returned. If damage occurs during shipping please contact us for help reviving your plant. Replacements may be available on a case by case basis.
